History of Colloidal Minerals

For hundreds of years before the white man came to America, the Piute Indians of Central Utah journeyed to a legendary sacred spring known for its extraordinary healing powers.

In 1920 an ailing rancher was led to this same spring by one of the few remaining Indian elders. Soon after drinking the water he underwent an amazing recovery. When he consistently drank the water from the stream he noticed relief from his arthritis. Encouraged by this result he become determined to unlock the secret of this mysterious healing spring.

He followed the spring back into the surrounding mountains and came upon a deposit of unusual appearing  material, through which the spring water was flowing. It was later determined to be the elemental remains of an ancient rain forest.

This deposit was once luxuriant trees and plants growing in a warm, moist, forest teeming with life. The riches of the earth at that time were a marvelous wonder. This magnificent spectacle was grown in soil that contained all of the major minerals and trace minerals. The plants then used the metallic minerals in the soil to make colloidal minerals.

This valley of vegetation was covered by a glacier, or some form of movement of the earth. All of the moisture was compressed out of the vegetation preserving it in a perfect state. This natural treasure contains millions of metric tons of colloidal minerals, all 100% absorbable to the human system. By 1930, trial and error tests reveled that colloidal minerals cold be extracted with water through a natural leaching process.

Why We Need Minerals

Most people have been hearing about vitamins since they were children yet few people realize that all the vitamins in the world will do you little good without minerals. For this reason vitamins can be ineffective without minerals. Minerals create a healthy environment; helping the body to better use vitamins, proteins, carbohydrates and fats.

Millions of cells die each day and must be replaced. The human body simply cannot achieve or maintain good health without a full spectrum of these natural minerals as a part of the daily diet. They are the basic building blocks of all living things. All the complex substances the body needs to build new and healthy cells are dependent upon minerals. This includes the difficult to obtain microscopic trace elements. Many researches agree that cell breakdown, leading to degenerative diseases, is a direct result of these missing basic elements.

Soil Depletion

The U.S. Senate Document #264 and the Earth Summit Report documents the declining mineral values in our farm and range soils.

What Is A Colloidal Mineral

To   understand colloidal minerals, first you must understand metallic minerals. A metallic mineral is a mineral that comes from oyster shell, calcium carbonate, limestone, soil, clay and sea salt. A metallic mineral requires as much as 15 to 20 hours to digest and even then your body is able to use only as little as five to eight percent. A metallic mineral molecule is several hundred to as much as a thousand times bigger then a colloidal mineral. A colloidal mineral molecule is less then 0.001 micron in size which is approximately 1/16000th the size of a red blood cell. Colloidal mineral molecules also have a natural negative charge which makes them more absorbable to the human system.

Experts say that colloidal mineral from a plant is non-toxic. For example iodine in colloidal form is one of the elements for good health. However, if you were to drink even two grains of it in a metallic state, it would kill you. The same is true for other harmful metallic minerals such as arsenic, lead, aluminum etc. They are all harmful in the metallic state and beneficial in the colloidal state.

A plant derived colloidal mineral is the result of a plant converting a metallic mineral to a colloidal mineral through the root system by a process known as   "assimilation" or, digestion by the plant. This process makes the mineral soluble and 100% absorbable to the human body.
