For thousands of years these special plants have been coveted by emperors to attain immortality, by martial artists to achieve superior strength, and by royal women to retard aging and maintain their beauty.

These herbs, called the "superior herbs" in Chinese medicine, are used to fortify the body and mind, strengthen immunity, and enhance adaptability to stress.
